Bringing Magic, Joy, and Wonder to Our Community!

Our 2026 annual Family Festival was two days packed with non-stop excitement, radiant smiles, and unforgettable memories! At just £8 per person, with under 3s attending for free, the ticket covered absolutely everything on offer—delivering an action-packed, low-cost weekend designed to take the financial pressure off parents and ensure every child in our area gets to experience the magic of the arts.

From the moment families arrived, the site was alive with energy, creativity, and incredible entertainment. Crowds were mesmerised by the captivating performances of Tor Theatre, while world-class performer Kwabana Lindsay blew everyone away with his breathtaking, gravity-defying slack-rope feats and showstopping violin solos. Mojo Moves brought high-octane laughter, neon retro vibes, and infectious dance routines that had whole families moving, grooving, and giggling together.

The festival was packed to the brim with hands-on adventures and show-stopping acts, including:

• Circus Skills & High-Flying Acts: Master rope-walking, juggling, and hands-on circus workshops.

• Arts, Crafts & Eco-Creations: Pottery clay, eco-crafts, and inspiring art tents stocked with unique materials.

• Interactive Music & Rhythm: DJ skill booths, electric guitar jams, and energising drumming circles.

• Unforgettable Entertainment: Storytelling and limericks, Devito’s Family Shows, giant bubbles, whimsical walkabout characters, real owls, bouncy castles, inflatable archery, and colorful face painting!

 

We are especially proud to collaborate closely with organisations led by and supporting people with learning disabilities. Our Youth Committee members and local young artists also stepped into the spotlight, gaining new skills and delivering fantastic performances of their own! Fueling Community, Connection, and Access for All.

We are deeply passionate about breaking down financial and social barriers so everyone can access high-quality circus and theatre. Art and entertainment are the beating heart of a thriving community. Our Family Festival ignites imagination, nurtures well-being, celebrates local talent, attracts visitors, and drives economic growth. Most importantly, it closes the gap for families in underserved areas who deserve every opportunity to experience enriching cultural events. Without the generous backing of our supporting organisations, this vital work simply wouldn't happen!
