Sun, Sun, Rain and Sun!

3 days of glorious sunshine (and one of hideous rain) greeted this years Glastonbury Children's Festival. Thousands of people attended over the four days, and were treated to an amazing variety of performances, workshops, fun and games!

It's hard to pick particular stand out moments in a weekend that was full of them, but seeing Haggis and Charlie performing in a downpour at the end of Sunday on the Outside Stage to an impressively large audience is one! Another was the final show on the Monday by Joseph Peace (amazing stunts with fire). It was not only exciting and memorable, but also was a fitting tribute to the memory of Arabella Churchill, who encouraged and gave Joseph his first gig at Glastonbury Festival.

We hope everyone who came had a great time and we can't wait to see you again next year!

We would like to thank everybody who helped us set up and run this year's festival - it's a lot of work and the festival couldn't happen without your efforts! Special thanks to the Glastonbury Extravaganza crew and the Red Barn crew at Worthy farm and Serious Stages.

Details and dates of next years Children's Festival will appear here in the new year.
