We’re excited to introduce our new Ambassador for Children’s World, Rachel Mason.
Hailed “the coolest thing that could happen to vocal music” Rachel Mason is a multi award winning musician. Applauded as “an inspiration” by Prince Harry for her extensive work supporting young musicians, Rachel is the only musician in history to have been crowned Freelancer of the Year and runs four businesses alongside her charity work and raising her two young children.
Rachel has directed 20 choirs during her career both professional and amateur and mentors choirs across the world to help encourage a musical community of unity, kindness and support.
In 2017 Rachel was one of the expert panel of judges for Sky Television’s National Television Award-nominated series Sing: Ultimate A Cappella. As an experienced international vocal expert Rachel has judged the ICCAs, Masters of Show Choir, The World Choir Games, Showchoir Canada, The Voice Festival and many others providing helpful feedback in her trademark quirky and uplifting style.
As an award winning songwriter Rachel shares her skills as a judge for the UK Songwriting Contest and alongside Glastonbury Festival’s Michael Eavis for the Snowdrop Songwriting Festival.
An exceptionally talented vocal coach, Rachel works with amateur and professional singers, some of the whom now grace West End and Broadway stages and are established recording artists.
Rachel also runs an artist management business, songwriting academy and record label which supports independent artists and helps them navigate the precarious world of the music industry.
